A blend of Riesling (65%), Pinot Gris (19%) and Gewurztraminer (16%) vinified as separate varietals and blended to taste. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Many of the North-South roads and waterways of Niagara are named for their distance in miles form the historic river Niagara. Keeping with this tradition, we have sourced some of our favourite varieties from vineyards at the five mile mark, our approximate distance from the river.

This wine features bold stone fruit and apple on the nose, with a rich mid palate and lengthy mineral and fruit finish.

This lovely blend will pair well with sausage and sauerkraut, grilled veggies and barbecued garlic shrimp.
