It is a self-inking stamp at the top, a pen, and it can also blow bubbles!  We may even add a fourth function which is a light, and it will light up when you write!  We may customize the sticker, the stamper, and the barrel designs.  They may be packed in bulk, in a display box, in a blistercard or however you like!
