This rigid-flex printed circuit board uses polyimide and FR4 base material and has a 6 layer construction. It is a pin through hole type PCB and has ENIG (Au: 0.03 to 0.1um, Ni: 3 to 5um) surface treatment. The rigid-flex PCB has 0.3mm line width/space and is suitable for a wide variety of applications.
- Base material: 0.5oz Cu/0.55mm FR-4, 0.5oz Cu/0.8mil ADH/1mil.
- Line width/space: 0.3/0.3mm.
- PI cover layer: green oil/0.5mil PI/0.6mil.
