Description
This semiconductor amplifier supplies voltage up to 80V or ±40V. It supports a wide-common mode input range and provides nearly rail-to-rail output. Over-temperature shutdown is available to ensure safe application.
- JFET input stage with low input bias current.
- Output current up to 6mA.
- Low quiescent current.
- Single amplifier (PR2201) or dual amplifier (PR2202).
