Introduction: Oven is a series of product having 5 different specifications, inclusive of 30L, 50L, 70L, 140L, and 240L. The outer casing adopts premium sheet with surface baking finish; the workroom adopts mirror face corrosion resistant plate and is provided with two layers of shelf board made of stainless steel wire inside; the intermediate layer is filled with extra fine glass wool for thermal insulation. The oven door has a sight window made of double-layer toughened glass, through which the articles inside the oven can be clearly seen. The connection between the workroom and oven door is provided with heat resisting silicone rubber seal ring, which can ensure the sealing between the workroom and oven door. The oven power switch, power indicator, air damper adjusting knob, and temperature controller and other operating elements are all located on the front control panel of the oven, and on the left front side of the oven. The heating constant temperature system inside the oven is mainly composed of the motor equipped with a centrifugal impeller, electric heater, rational duct structure and temperature controller. When the drying box and draught fan are powered on, the motor will operate and upwards discharge out of the duct the heat produced by the electric heater at the rear end of the oven ; the heat will pass through dry articles in the workroom and sucked to the draught fan again. This cycle will be continuous to make even the temperature inside the workroom. The intelligent temperature controller can adjust the wind speed automatically. During temperature rising, when the motor runs at a high speed and the temperature approaches a constant value, it will be adjusted to slow running automatically, so as to avoid the problems caused by high wind speed. Users can also cancel this function through simple operation. The damper regulator can regulate the air capacity in and out of the oven by switching the adjusting knob of air damper.
