Description
Air shower is a necessary passage for people antering clean room in order to minimize the amount of particulate
contaminant, to achieve workplace strict clean purification standards. Personnel move through the air shower while
particulate contaminants are blown off by the clean high-speed air. Then the dust cannot be brought into clean area.
