Aloe fiber are made through 3 steps
- Cutting the natural Aloe from aloe planning area
- Refining the aloe extract from the raw aloe
- Using cellulose pulp as a base, though the process of dipping, pressing, yellowing, mixing, filtering, defoaming, spinning, refining and drying to produce the aloe fiber
- Anti-bacterial
- Skin protection
- Anti-static
- PH value should below 9, keep it more neutral, otherwise the function of aloe would be destroyed
- The temperature of handle should be controlled under 180℃, otherwise the function of aloe would be destroyed
