Tight woven construction with average pore size smaller than 6 micron which blocks dust mites & allergens, but allowing moisture & air to pass thru. No chemical nor urethane membrane (Confidence in Textiles - Tested for harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100). Very breathable: permeable to air & water vapor (MVTR ~1300).
