Tasting Notes: With a beautiful lemon colour and a clear, shining appearance, this, intense wine presents an intense taste and a velvety structure. It shows a long, fruity after-taste with notes of passion fruit, white flowers and citrus.

Recommendations: this is the perfect accompaniment to elegant, fresh vegetable based or gratinéed dishes, starters such as oysters or asparagus in butter sauce or even dishes with fatty fish like salmon. It must be drunk very cool at a temperature of 6 to 8º C. It is ready to be drunk but may evolve for around 5 years in the bottle, depending on the conditioning environment.
