TECHNICAL NOTES
Vinification is traditional with short macerations. Once the wine is finished, the dealcoholization process is carried out, seeking expressions of fruity aromas and a balanced, smooth body. Maintaining the style of the original wine, this is a classic Sauvignon Blanc.
TASTING NOTES
Pale golden color, with intense aromas reminiscent of grapefruit, with hints of wood and citrus flowers, and delicate fresh herbal notes. This is a flavorful wine with firm, very refreshing acidity, elegant, and leaves fresh aftertastes with a persistent, aromatic finish.
