- BRC onion powder contains 15 times as much healthful ingredients as other onion powder. The healthful ingredients is dipropyl trisulfide (DPTS). We were obtained for the production/concentration of DPTS – a health – promoting component of onions.
- The component was further found to have a memory loss alleviation effect, which was also patented. There are also aging-care expectations for DPTS, as it is known to prevent oxidation and the deterioration of brain function (memory) through its effects on the brain hippocampus, which plays a role in controlling memory.
