The "Baerenfang" (Bear Trapping) is a blend of virgin forest honey from our beekeeper Max Laenger from our region and created directly with our traditional home-made recipe. Our honey liqueur is produced from these natural components without addition of any flavorings. Maturation in oak barrels gives the product its unique flavor before it is filled into bottles. The oak barrels grant their harmony and balance with a very pleasant touch of wood to the liqueur.
