Wuhan Qingchen Paper Co., Ltd., founded in 2008, specializes in manufacturing and processing medium and high-end tissue products. With over 100 employees, the company is equipped with 50 production lines imported from Austria and Japan, together with domestic lines. As the largest tissue manufacturer in Hubei Province, it owns brands including Qingliang 1°, Bamboo Pure and KissBaby.

Using virgin wood pulp and bamboo pulp, it produces toilet paper, facial tissue, hand towel, napkins, pocket tissue and kitchen towel.

In 2016, sales exceeded 170 million RMB with a monthly capacity of over 1,700 tons; sales surpassed 200 million RMB in 2018. In 2019, the third factory was built in Jiujiang, Jiangxi, with dozens of imported equipment added.

To expand globally, an export team was set up in 2023. By 2025, we have established partnerships with clients in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries.
