We brew our Rice wind exclusively out of the newly harvested Korean rice of the farming year and ferment in the traditional Korean pottery.
Natural carbonation produced out of the process of fermenting traditional Korean yeast provides a refreshing sensation (alike Champaign) along with rich and mild tastes.
Unlike other Rice wine, our Rice wind mixes well simply by opening, even without shaking, the bottle.
Our Rice wine is "slow food" which is slowly fermented at low temperature without adding any preservatives or artificial bacillus.
As a result, it is healthier, containing nutrients and minimizing hangover.
We offer only limited quantities because we hand-brew all of our Rice wind and focus on maintaining the highest quality possible.
