Description
This dessert wine is made from handpicked Optima grapes that were footstomped in picking bins to ensure juice contact with the skins before pressing and fermentation. The succulent dessert wine exhibits a classic dried fruit note of the apricot, orange peel and honeycomb. It offers a candy palate and its sweetness is balanced with natural acidity. It is best served with vanilla panna cotta and apricot preserves.
