Q1: Does the company get any quality certificates or pass any environmental management system and factory audit?

A1: Yes, we have our own patents. Moreover, we have passed audit by Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, Kaufland, and BSCI.

Q2: What primary products do your company provides?

A2: We provide stainless steel and glass houseware. We mainly produce coffee accessories, tea accessories, kitchen accessories, canister, bathroom accessories, bathroom hardware, bar and wine accessories.

Q3: How is the company’s development ability of product and designs?

A3: We are strong in understanding fashion designs and following the mainstream design. We also have our own R&D team to satisfy different market demand.

Q4: Did your company export to USA and EU?

A4: Yes, our goods have been selling to North America, South America, Europe, Japan, and Middle East and so on, since 2000.

Q5: What are your payment terms?

A5: Generally, we quote at FOB Shenzhen price, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance paid within 7 days against shipping documents. Or L/C at sight.

Q6: What’s your production Lead-time for bulk order?

A6: Generally, it takes 30-45 days for quantity of 2*40H” and 45-60 days in peak season or ODM designs.

Q7: What’s the lead-time for sample?

A7:  1-2 days (in stock), 3-5 days (out of stock), or longer (ODM/customized products)

Q8: What about the cost for samples and their delivery?

A8: Free sample for our original products (in stock), shipping charge on buyer’s cost, OEM and ODM designs will charge according to the design, the cost will be refunded once we get your bulk order.

Q9: When your company is founded? And where is your factory?

A9: Our company is founded in 2000, and factory is located in Guangdong Jiangmen, about 2 hours driving from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. You are welcome to visit our factory and we can pick you up at Baiyun Airport.

Q10: How’s your factory capacity?

A10: We have 3 production buildings, which can produce totally around 100 containers per month.
