This Champagne Boizel Brut Millésimé 2002 gives a colour that is shiny and shows an elegant golden color, the bubbles are tiny and persistent. The nose offers a wonderful aromatic complexity with fine and discreet with floral notes, only to be completed with upcoming intense aromas of red fruits, honey and dry fruits on a light background of citrus fruits. On the palate the cuvée is very straight and pure with a refined texture. It is round, rich and concentrated with notes of yellow fruits like apricots and peaches and toasted brioche.
