ASSEMBLAGE: 100 % Chardonnay

DOSAGE: 8g/L

WINEMAKING: 40% of the Chardonnay aged 2 years in burgundy oak barrels. Ageing on lees: 6 years - Malolactic Fermentation. The homemade liqueur used for the dosage is produced with our Chardonnay Grands Crus vinified in oak barrels. It provides to this champagne a luxury twist !

TERROIR: Dual climate (oceanic & continental), limestone subsoil and sloping vineyard
