- Vineyards: vine spacing is 135cm and row spacing is 300cm.
- Harvest: 15 August–15 September.
- Vinification: directly put into balloon presses.
- Production: 12,000 bottles.
- Alcohol: 13,5%.
- Bottle: 75 cl.
- Colour: light yellow.
- Aroma: peach, pear and citrus aromas.
- Taste: soft with a charming freshness.
