The "Virtuoso" of the estate, Château Plain Point's White Bordeaux 2019 is a mineral, round, and fresh wine. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, it reveals a vibrant aromatic bouquet of citrus, white fruits, and subtle floral hints. The clay-limestone soils of the vineyard impart a wonderful minerality and freshness that define this wine.

After a careful hand-harvest, the grapes are pressed and the juice is settled before alcoholic fermentation is initiated in barrels. The wine is aged for 10 months on its fine lees with regular stirring (bâtonnage), split equally between 600L and 400L French oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks. This fine-tuned aging process adds notes of roasted brioche, creating an incredibly versatile wine perfect for an aperitif or to accompany a meal.
