Cleddau East is our East Coast Hazy Pale, brewed as a matched HI and LO pair under Cleddau Brewing Co.’s own market position: Dual Strength Brewing.

Cleddau East is soft, juicy and hop-forward, with drinkability expected from hazy pale ale. Cleddau East HI and Cleddau East LO sit together as one beer family, giving consumers a clear choice of strength while keeping the same style direction and brand identity. It is our hazy expression of the idea: One Recipe. Two Expressions.

Cleddau East HI is the full-strength expression at 5.7% ABV. It is soft, aromatic and fruit-led, with a smooth body, restrained bitterness and a bright hop profile. Expect citrus, tropical fruit and stone fruit character, carried by a rounded mouthfeel and a clean finish. It gives drinkers the full hazy pale experience without becoming heavy or overly sweet.

Cleddau East LO is the lower-strength expression at 3.2% ABV. It keeps the same hazy pale identity in a lighter, more moderate format, with juicy hop aroma, soft body and easy drinkability. It is designed for consumers who want the freshness of a hazy beer with less alcohol, without being pushed into alcohol-free or a different beer style.
