Cling Rubber stamps are unmounted, meaning they are not attached to a block or handle of any kind. They are made up of three layers: the stamp itself made of high-quality rubber, a layer of dense foam that aids in even image impressions, and a thin sheet of rubber that will adhere to temporarily to an acrylic block mount.They are easily affixed to the block by simply pressing the cling vinyl against the block surface. Static electricity will hold the stamp on the block.
