Xiang-Yi Fuzhuan Cha

Produced with Hei Mao Cha, a tea raw material that has been rolled, de-enzyme, fermented and dried, this Fuzhuan Cha will make an incredible gift for all. This Fuzhuan Cha is expertly processed and compressed into a brick form, hence its name “Zhuan”, which means brick in Chinese. The tea was once known as Hu Cha as it was produced in the Yiyang City in Hunan, it was later given the name “Fu” because the tea makers of Fu Tea specially picked the Fu-day, which is the hottest day in summer, to process the tea. Matched to its long history is a sweet, mild, and smooth taste with a hint of new-mown hay and a wide range of health benefits. Uniquely fermented, the tea contains the “golden flower” produced by an advantageous microorganism named Eurotium cristatum, which helps promote one’s metabolism, delays aging, and more.
