Description
This Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut is made by a single and secondary fermentation process using only the natural sugar from cooled Glera grapes, in order to preserve and maintain their natural characteristics. A slow fermentation process at low temperatures ensures the correct acidic structure, an excellent level of quality, and a full bouquet expressive of the land in which it was created. The secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave at a controlled temperature of 14-15°C.
  • Total acidity: 6.5g/l.
  • PH: 3.2.
  • Residual sugar: 9g/l.
  • Grape varietal: Glera.
  • Alcohol % by volume: 11.5%.
  • Country of origin: Italy.
  • Light pressing with the Pneumatic press and settling of the must.
  • Grape harvest period: the last ten days of September
  • Appearance: straw yellow with hues of green, the finest Perlage which ensure the persistence of flavor.
  • Aroma: fresh and elegant, with notes of apple and pear, which makes it very pleasant.
  • Palate: soft, aromatic, with a fresh acidity
  • Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
  • Food pairings: excellent as an aperitif. Superb match with seafood, appetizers, and light and delicate dishes.
