Equipment Introduction:

The Converter is a key equipment used in chemical production, mainly used to convert carbon monoxide (CO) and water vapor (H₂O) into hydrogen (H₂) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) through catalytic reaction. This process is called water-gas shift reaction and is widely used in industrial fields such as synthetic ammonia, methanol production, and hydrogen preparation.

The main components of the conversion furnace include: the furnace body is made of high temperature and pressure resistant materials. Catalyst bed, feed port, discharge port, heating device, temperature control system, pressure control system, insulation layer, etc.
