Q1:What's your MOQ for each item?

A1:For custom products related to metal and Plastic material (including PVC, Acrylic, Resin), MOQ is 1440 pcs; For customized designs related to digital/silk/laser/UV printing and MDF material, MOQ is 480 pcs per picture/design, but normally designs need to fit at least one full A4 sheet.

Q2:What's your minimum amount per order?

A2:For courier-delivered trial/small orders, no minimum amount. We can check courier cost and arrange FedEx/DHL delivery on DAP basis with amount prepaid.

For sea shipment: minimum net amount USD 20,000. If below, local charges to apply: USD150 for 15,000-19,999, USD200 for 10,000-14,999, USD250.00 for USD5,000,00-9,999.00) and USD 300 for shipment amount below 5,000.

Q3:How to customize our designs?

A3:1) if you have ready designs, send in your original graphic files in format of AI, PSD, CDR, EPS or PDF (for printing).

2) if you need us to convey your creative ideas into physical products, we need you to send in your ideas in detail, our designers will work out graphic sketches for your approval. After confirmation, we can finalize the designs at our side.

3) if you want us to create some new items for your market, we need to activate our innovation at our side with deposit prepaid.

Q4:What's your sampling time?

A4:1) For ready items with paper printing, UV printing and lasering, sampling time will be 7-15 days.

2) for new items from personalized customization, sampling time will be 7-15 days after molds get ready, while molding time depends on when we get your confirmation on the designs. 

Normally, 15-30 days including designing, molding and sampling process.

Q5:What's the lead time for mass production?

A5:1) For regular items without personalized customization, 15-30 days.

2) For new designs with personalized Customization, 30-45 days after sample approval. 

3) For stock goods (if any), 3-7 days against your payment.
