Core materials and process characteristics

1. Transparent plastic series: made of food grade PET or PP material, with a light transmittance of ≥ 90%, low temperature resistance (-20 ℃ to+80 ℃), supports double-layer height design (base 15-20cm, top cover buckle seal), and is equipped with anti fog coating to avoid condensation water affecting the visual effect.

2. Sustainability: Some products use biodegradable PLA or recycled PET materials, which comply with EU REACH and Chinese GB 4806.7-2016 food contact material standards.

Functional process

1. Window design: Transparent PET window or paper hollow window, visually displaying the cake shape and enhancing the attractiveness of the product.

2. Sealing system: food grade PE film sealing or embedded buckle, extending shelf life by more than 30% to prevent moisture or contamination during transportation
