Description
- Grape varieties: trebbiano 20-40%, garganega 20-40%, tocai friulano (trebbianello) 5-30%, malvasia, riesling italico, pinot bianco and chardonnay alone or combined 20-30%.
- The maximum production of grapes per hectare must not exceed 150 quintals and the yeld in wine must not be more than 65 litres per 100kg of grapes.
- Characteristics: straw-yellow, clear with green glints, very fragrant aroma with aromatic hints. Full-bodied, well-rounded and delicate taste, with good body, dry without being bitter.
- Alcohol content: 12.5%.
