Humans are affected by light not only on a visual level but also on a biological one, which was normally called "inner clock" or circadian rhythm. Mankind has evolved under natural light for millions of years, We rise with the sun and go to sleep when it sets. With the use of electricity, the world seems to never sleep. We spend a lot of time indoors, where we use artificial light. And there is a disconnect between natural and artificial light with regards to intensity, color, and dynamics of light, poor circadian entrainment. This may bring to us some bad effects like headaches, neck or back pains, general fatigue, fatigue in the eye muscles, sleep & alertness problems, disturbance of the hormone system, compromised mood, functioning, well-being, and health…..

What about we use artificial light to imitate natural light. This is where HCL (Human Centric Lighting) has come to place. HCL is a way of bringing the natural changes of light intensity and color temperature indoors by using artificial light in order to imitate natural light. HCL puts humans in the center when developing lighting systems, providing optimized work and living environments.

The Cyanlite™ HCL LED backlite LED panel light conbines the benifit of HCL and backlite technology. It is a solution that could befinit humans for better perfomrance, sleep. health and wellbeing and could fit T15/T24 Lay-On ceiling in standard sizes. It comes with 2 versions of LPW, i.e. 125lm/W and 100lm/W optional and supplied with non-yellowing lens, nano coated back plate in shape of square for stiffness.The aluminum frame is stylish and fashionable, stable, and with excellent thermal management.

9.1 Q: What is Cyanlite’s product warranty policy?

A: Cyanlite offers 5 years warranty to our products. The detailed information on the 5-year warranty and the warranty conditions can be found under Cyanlite 5-Year Warranty Letter.

9.2 Q: What shall I do if I find a product failure?

A: If you have a product failure within the warranty period, please contact your account manager or our customer service department at customer@cyanlite.com. As a responsible company, Cyanlite will take care and be responsible for each failure caused by quality.

9.3 Q: Will I receive free replacement?
9.3.1 Failure rate less than 0.5%, Cyanlite will send the replacements directly.
9.3.2 Failure rate less than 1%, Cyanlite would need the application details, installation information, and defect product pictures for brief analysis and then send replacements.
9.3.3 Failure rate more than 1%, Cyanlite would require customers to send back the defect product samples for detailed analysis. If the failure is due to product quality, we will send replacements together with a full 8D report showing how to terminate it entirely in the short and long term.
