The use of DC direct current along with perfect regulation of current consistency offers many new welding possibilities.
Spectacle frame components and materials, some of which were not at all suitable or with very limited applications only, can now be used for spot welding with considerably reduced welding time.
The actual welding time for components normally used in the spectacle frame manufacture is approx. 0.6 seconds. The machine is also suitable for new alloys such as Titanium.
