This data management software, called the Ark for Oracle, is a software package for real-time data replication, service continuity and disaster recovery. The set enables high-availability solutions, real-time transactional changed data capture and data replication. Ark for Oracle brings extreme performances with simplified configuration and management. The product is optimized to Oracle RDBMS.
- Switchover: exchange the role of active and standby server in case of OS patch, memory upgrade and other troubleshooting for server.
- Failover: failover with the standby server in case of disorder of server and natural disaster like earthquake, hurricane and so on.
- Automatic failover: provide the automatic failover through autofailover, which is a separate software package for professional high availability.
