Monasterio de Palazuelos is a range of wines where you will find a Verdejo 100%, Sauvignon 100% and blend of Verdejo and Viura which we named Rueda wine. 
Monasterio de Palazuelos Verdejo 100% is made enterly with Verdejo grapes of our best quality harvest at night for keep all properties of the grape. On this wine you will find the typical Verdejo, indigenous grape variety from our area, DO RUEDA, higth acidity, powerfull aromas, pale yellow color and expressiveness. 
Monasterio de Palazuelos Sauvignon 100% is made enterly with Sauvignon grapes from DO Rueda. This grape variety  was planted at our area 20 years ago, and our climate and terroir made one of the best Sauvignon Blanc from Spain. You can find notes of Sauvignon from New Zeland or from France...you will taste it. 
Monasterio de Palazuelos Rueda is a blend of Verdejo and Viura. The grape Viura made this wine more softly than a 100% Verdejo and this is one of the typical wines from our area. Sometimes Verdejo 100% and its acidity is quite complicate to understand for consumers, for this type of consumers we elaborate our Rueda, blend of 75% Verdejo and 25% Viura.
