Grape varieties: 100 % Chardonnay
Vinification: Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 degrees. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was also subject to the malolactic fermentation process.
Color: Light straw color, clear and brilliant.
Aroma: The aroma is fresh and pleasant. Its intensity is slightly below average, with green apple and white flower shades typical of Chardonnay. The aroma unfolds with citrus and light piquant herb hues.
Taste: Light, fresh and smooth taste. This is a wine for summertime. A pleasantly fresh sour note in the attack is accompanied by a tingling sensation, the warmth of the alcohol and a slight tartness. The taste balances light fruity and herbal notes. Apple and white stone fruit (peaches) blend together with minerality to unfold in the taste. The finish is long, exquisite and with a fruity tartness.
