Description
Grape varieties: 100 % Riesling
Vinification: Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 degrees.
Extra maturation of the wine in the bottle is possible for an additional 3–4 years.
Color: Crystal clear wine with a shimmer, and a small number of tiny bubbles on the glass walls.
Aroma: Fresh, clear, pleasant and intense aroma without any unwanted shades. Brings about notes of peaches and green apples, which unfold with hues of candied fruits. It has a minerality and oily undertone typical of Rieslings, which emphasizes its fruity fragrances without muffling them.
Taste: A bright first attack with a strong, but not sharp, balanced acidity, typical for this variety. When tasted it reveals tones of apple, citrus, mineral and oil shades, and a light astringency. The aftertaste is fairly long, fruity, fresh and with a feeling of warmth.
