This is an essential 3D patternless edger-D/DS. Essential has the ability perform the full automatic and fast groove processing by selecting the grooving position on the main screen according to the characteristics of lens. It is free to change the selecting position of chamfer according to thickness and material of lens. Essential has a built in dual detetors so as to make the measurement of the thickness and curvature or lens precisely and quickly, of which function provides a great assistance for the realistic and precise edging. Essential with the special drilling function is an universal edger which is equipped with drill bit 1.0mm. Our Special drill bit has the function which is available to process the hole. Provide more convenient job by 8.4 inch COLOR LCD Monitor, which allows the operator to make the edging easier and faster. Hole coordinates are displayed on the screen so as control the job before edging.
