The WAVE 2100 series Smart Ethernet Media Converter converts Ethernet 10/100Base-TX signals into 100Base-FX signals. It is used as an optical switch hub with the CWDM-PON network technology that converts 1-port FX or 2-port FX into 3/4-port 10/100Base-TX.
