MVR evaporator, short for mechanical vapor recompression. MVR is a technology that reuses the energy of its own secondary steam, thereby reducing the need for external energy. The secondary steam is compressed by the compressor, the pressure and temperature can be increased, and the enthalpy increases accordingly. It is sent to the heating chamber left for evaporation as the heating steam, namely the steam, so that the material liquid can maintain the evaporation state, and the heating steam itself will transfer the heat to the material and become condensed into water. In this way, the steam originally to be discarded is fully utilized, the latent heat is recovered, and the thermal efficiency is improved.
