Food grade environmentally friendly materials

PET material: high transparency (light transmittance ≥ 90%), low temperature resistance (-20 ℃ to+80 ℃), compliant with FDA and ISO 9001 certification, suitable for packaging meat such as fresh meat and seafood.

PP material: resistant to high temperatures (above 120 ℃), microwave heating, commonly used for vegetable dishes, cooked food, and baked goods trays.

Degradable materials: Some products use PLA or recycled PET, which comply with the EU EN 13432 standard to reduce plastic pollution.

Functional coating

Anti fog coating: Transparent tray surface treatment to avoid condensation affecting visual effects, suitable for high-end supermarket displays.

Antibacterial layer: Adding nano silver or tea polyphenol coating to inhibit bacterial growth and extend the shelf life of meat to 7-10 days.
