    • Made from coarsely ground buckwheat flour and the mountain spring water from Akagiyama.
    • Chewy with a grainy texture to the bite.
    • Three in a pack and comes with dipping sauce.
    • Add the noodles to boiling water and cook for one and a half minutes.
    • Served cold with a dab of wasabi, some freshly grated daikon and finely chopped green scallions.
    • Best-before date: six months.
