Description
- Made from coarsely ground buckwheat flour and the mountain spring water from Akagiyama.
- Chewy with a grainy texture to the bite.
- Three in a pack and comes with dipping sauce.
- Add the noodles to boiling water and cook for one and a half minutes.
- Served cold with a dab of wasabi, some freshly grated daikon and finely chopped green scallions.
- Best-before date: six months.
- Net weight: 300g (100g x 3).
