This is our signature product, "Muro-ne Karaage," a specialty of Ichinoseki City,
Iwate Prefecture. This fried chicken won the No. 1 Karaage Festival competition.
The thigh meat of Oshu Iwaidori chicken is marinated in a secret sauce that has been preserved since the company's founding, and then fried. It
has a refreshing ginger aroma and a gentle onion aftertaste.
