超低张力织物运行系统：多个专利设计超低张力织物运行系统，气流及染液喷嘴系统及提布系统内置到染缸中，使得织物行程更短，节能效果更佳，织物运行速度更快，染色质量大幅提升。
GFALA is equipped with fabric transport system with extra low tension: patented design airflow and dyestuff injecting system as well as the fabric transport system can shorten the fabric cycle to reach energy savings and faster fabric running speed improving the dyeing quality.  

超宽载量范围储布系统：多个专利设计超宽载量范围储布系统，包括圓形式主缸體設有D.R.S.形鏡面拋光超大容量儲布槽，滿足載量，布槽底部前端鋪設铁氟龙管，后端鋪設铁氟龙板，織物由上而下有序平滑地向前移動，減少折疊折痕和提布張力。可以调节摆布角度及电脑控制布槽可调节载量系统。GFALA-350實現全球領先單管載量範圍150～380KG（額定載量是以100%化纤針織布，布克重≥250 g/㎡（布幅1.8m）作容量計算）。
Fabric loading system with widest range: Patented-design adjustable fabric chamber and plaiter system. GFALA-350 can realize the extra wide range of capacity for each tube from 150 to 380kgs.

超低浴比染液动力及循环系统：多个专利设计超低浴比染液动力及循环系统，可有效解决循环动力系统的汽蚀问题，降低染色机的浴比，提高染液的循环利用效率，降低染色工艺的成本。实现全球领先的棉布气流雾化染色模式浴比低至1：3、气液分流染色模式浴比低至1：3.25、溢流染色模式浴比低至1：3.5（最低浴比以100%纯棉针織布，布克重≥250 g/㎡，布幅1.8m满载时计算）。
Extra low dye liquor circulation system: with patented design pump and liquor collection trough, cavitation problem of the pump is eliminated, thus, reducing the liquor ratio, increasing the circulation time of liquor, reducing cost of dyeing process, which can global-leading realize dyeing the cotton fabric with the lowest liquor ratio 1: 3 for air-flow atomization dyeing mode, 1:3.25 for combination air-flow atomization and hydro-flow dyeing mode, and 1:3.5 for overflow dyeing mode.( The lowest liquor ratio is calculated by the 100% cotton fabric and fabric gram weight ≥250g/㎡ by full loading.(with fabric width 1.8m).

超低能耗 ：多个专利设计风机系统，染液动力系统，超低能耗染色，实现全球领先的溢流染色模式0.0284KW/kg运行配置功率（以最高载量计算）比传统溢流机0.046KW/kg运行配置功率（以最高载量计算）能耗下降38.3%。
Power consumption saving: with patented design blower and dynamic dyestuff introduction systems, it can realize overflow dyeing mode with 0.0284KW/kg running configuration power (calculated by the highest capacity), which can reduce the consumption to 38.3% compared with the traditional overflow dyeing machine power at 0.046KW/kg.
