GP5000 series NVMe-oF All Flash Storage


As a signature product, GP5000 series adapt LUISUAN TECH NVMe-oF high performance storage system with its structure designs based on NVMe-oF RDMA agreement. Assisting in analysis and calculation of the agreement, hardware FPGA/ASIC provide competitive edge for storage platform, being more efficient, with less latency, less power consumption and cost. As a flagship product, GP5000 shines in several aspects in terms of its innovation. PCIe Switch technology is an advanced design it uses, ensuring high-speed data transmission. Adapting RoCE agreement, data access is done with less latency. Also, its structure design optimises resources since it's built by separating storage from calculation. LUISUAN TECH has not only gone beyond the traditional storage technology system, but also greatly contributed to the improvement of domestic storage technology, breaking the blockade of foreign technology and for the Chinese domestically as well. With strong technical support from AI and other high-tech fields, the company continues to deepen the field of data technology, aspire to promote the independent, controllable and innovative development of storage industry, foreign and domestic. 

Regarding the advantageous characteristics of this series of products, its IOPS (input/output operations per second) can be up to 16.2 million/s, with latency of 4μs and 2 controllers, achieving relatively high efficiency in data storage. Being also outstanding in terms of high handling capacity, one single unit of machine segment can operate up to 144GB/s with an output bandwidth up to 600GB/s. The number of disks inserted can be 24 NVMe U.2 and the capacity level of the product reaches an EB level. When a full set of machine segments run in long term, its total energy consumption is relatively low, being 450W, reducing users' electric costs significantly even running in full power non-stop. 

Overall, this series have lived up to its expectations and realised its values in several crucial ways. Having a really low power consumption let users be able to reduce carbon footprint and hence stay green, energy efficient and environmentally friendly. The products also optimise and release the limit of efficiency of NVMe SSD, and in the meantime allow simplified deployment and maintenance, hence more efficient arrangements for data centre storage systems. 

As a core engine striving and promoting the development of domestic high-end storage ecology, GP5000 series have already been applied in areas such as intelligent computing centres, R&D of autopilot technology, biomedical big data analytics and so on.
