- A white wine from cortese grapes cultivated near the village of Gavi
- On the hills near Gavi, not far from the Ligurian sea, rich in marls and fossils, from cortese grapes, we obtain our Gavi D.O.C.G.. It has incredible mineral, zesty and floral notes, with the typical hints of bitter almond that makes this wine unique.
- Denomination: Gavi D.O.C.G. del Comune di Gavi
- Grape variety: 100% cortese
- Refining: stainless steel tanks
- Winemaker’s note: Aromas of citrus fruit, with floral undertones. Prominent mineral sensations. Long finish, with balance and good structure.
