The ZRS-3H Glow-wire Test Apparatus is used to test the flammability of plastic sheets or other insulating materials. The specimen is exposed to a high temperature glow wire (nickel/chrome wire) through a standard test procedure. It is used to identify whether the insulating material does not reach a certain temperature or ignite to prevent fire hazards around it.
What is glow wire test?
The Glow wire tester ZRS-3H/ZRS-3HS is mainly used to test the ignition performance, ignition temperature, flammability and flammability index of lighting equipment, electronic products and household appliances. The equipment adopts high-temperature sprayed steel structure and imported instrument display, which is easy to operate and has stable test performance. This equipment is mainly used for flame retardancy testing by QC departments and related enterprises.
