Description
The green cheese with veins of green molds has a unique velvety, juicy texture and a pungent flavor. The cheese melts in the mouth leaving an aromatic aftertaste of mold. Due to its strong flavor, the cheese tastes great with salads and fresh or dried fruit.
- The cheese is in wheel ca 2.5kg, quarter ca 300g and portion 100g.
- The shelf-life is 180 days in vacuum package.
