Our Hajdú Grill Cheese is made from cow's milk, inspired by the famous Cypriot Halloumi Cheese. It has high melting point, so it is perfect for frying and grilling. It is one of our finest Products, and one which has won a Gold Medal at the Käsiade 2014 Cheese Olympics. We offer our fine Grill Cheese product in three flavours: natural, imbued with chili and garlic, or wonderfully spiced with Mediterranean herbs.
