Made in a 50-hectare estate in St-Même-les-Carrière by an old family firm, this old cognac is 30 years old already and will only improve with time. In an intense golden tone, the cognac leaves some legs and a textured thin coat upon swirling. The cognac is distilled with great skills and kept in new oak barrels for nearly two years before aging in old Limoursin barrels.
