The Hida beef comes from the Yamatake farm, which is nestled in the mountains and natures of Hida Takayama, Japan. By raising all of our cows in our own farm, we fully manage the breeding process, from food to environment in which our cows grow. So, we can provide our customers not only the highest quality beef, but also safe and healthy beef for a reasonable price.
