Description
- EA plantation established since Edo period in the Shizuoka Prefecture, the tea garden has a long history of 460 years.
- Adopting the traditional production and cultivation methods inherited from their ancestors for the past 15 generations, only the top 6 cm of the fresh sprout will be harvested.
- Following a set of stringent rules under the Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS), no chemical fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides were used during the production process to guarantee the cultivation of the finest organic tea.
