Presence Detection Function Introduction
The human fall sensing sensor is based on the millimeter wave point cloud algorithm system to realize human biological presence perception and human posture recognition, continuously record the human presence, stay time, body movement range, fall posture real-time alarm, and can notify the gateway through wireless signals to realize scene linkage.

Secure your loved ones' independence. When ceiling-mounted, the 60GHz frequency monitors posture in real-time. If a fall occurs, an instant alert is sent to your phone, enabling immediate response without invasive cameras.
Device Connection
Download the APP, or search for "Xiaowei loT" in your phone's app stores to install it. Then complete registration and login.
(1) Connect the device to the power supply, wait for the red indicator light to flash,and the device enters the network configuration state. Open the APP and enter the homepage. Click the "+" sign or "Add Device" button in the upper right corner.(As shown below)
(2) Find the "Health" category in the product category list on the left and select the type of device you want to add.
(3) Select the connection method of the device.
For Wi-Fi version, select "Wireless" as the connection method, and then go to step 4 to configure Wi-Fi.
For the 4G version, select "wired" connection mode and jump directly to step 5 to enter.
(4) When configuring Wi-Fi, ensure your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network. The APP will pre-populate the Wi-Fi name, and you only need to enter the corresponding Wi-Fi password. Once done, click "Next" to continue.
(5) Locate the 12-digit device serial number on the product packaging or device body, or scan to retrieve it. Enter the serial number, then click the"Confirm to Add" button and wait patiently for the device setup to complete.
Frequently Asked Questions
(1) Interference factors:
Active non-living objects can cause false alarms, such as moving metal and liquid.
The equipment needs to be planned at the installation angle to avoid the sensor electromagnetic wave directly scanning electric fans, pets close to the sensor, and shaking metal curtains.
(2) Non-interference factors:
The sensor's electromagnetic waves can penetrate human clothing, curtains, thin wood, and glass. The sensor's installation angle and scanning range need to be determined based on the application.
(3) Semi-interference factors:The sensor determines the presence of a human body and is not suitable for facing the air conditioner directly.
